My intuitive energy healing journey
I know what it takes to live a life of purpose, meaning and connection... because I’ve worked through my own challenges to do it.
While my purpose was always there inside me, for a long time, I simply wasn’t ready for it. I often struggled through personal issues and hardships. And I felt something was missing. But I did not know how to find it.
During those times, I felt stuck.
I felt like I was trapped in a situation and going around in circles. I tried to work through my problems intellectually and logically. And I thought that if I could just find the answer with my mind, I’d figure it all out.
But the more I tried to think my way out of it, the more stuck I became.
The problem?
My issues weren’t intellectual ones-- they were deeper. They were patterns and past traumas stored in my body, mind and emotions. There was no “thinking” them away. So, I had to reach deeper.
And I did that.
I’d always been interested in traditional Chinese medicine, reflexology and therapeutic massage. But it was through Metamorphosis 
and Access Consciousness that I uncovered my gifts for connecting mind and body healing. These powerful techniques helped me develop an energetic way of working that aligns with who I am.
Through constant training, I learned how STRONG the mind-body-soul connection is. And I learned why a holistic approach to healing is essential to real, permanent transformation.
Now, I know the power of listening to yourself and trusting your intuition. I know that we all have the answers inside of us, and we need to connect to ourselves strong enough to find them.
And I know that nothing is accidental.

My approach to intuitive energy healing
I give each client the same level of care, compassion and honesty that I give myself.
Because I know how hard it is to feel stuck.
In the past, I needed someone who offered the holistic approach that I use today. And I needed a healing coach.
That’s why I’m so passionate about what I do. I believe deeply in my clients and their capacity for growth. I know they have everything they need inside them, and my job is to simply help them uncover and use it.
My approach is both honest and caring.
And I’m committed to giving my clients what they need to grow, not just what they want to temporarily feel better. And if I’m not the right person to help them? I let them know.
